For the past 25 years, Sathya has traveled annually to India, studying and living with renowned yogis and spiritual teachers. Most of his twenties were spent in ashrams, where he completed his first Yoga Teacher Training 25 years ago In 2005, he spent a full year in retreat, dedicating his days to meditation, pranayama, chanting, and yoga in an Indian ashram. He has trained over 1500+ teachers, who now teach yoga to over 10,000 people weekly in more than 100 cities. With 1,000+ hours of training in Yoga and Yoga philosophy, his depth of knowledge continues to inspire students worldwide. Sathya has been one of the most influential modern yogis in Europe over the last decade.
